24p advanced in Premiere

Does Premiere Pro 2.0 support the 24p advanced mode? Does After Effects? I assume Avid does. What if I am recording to hard disk using Serious Magic's DV Rack? Can I then import the clip into Premiere or After Effects or Avid without any problems, if I define by project with those settings? If my ultimate goal to is produce a DVD, which mode will give me the best result: 24p, 30p, or 60i? Same question if I am exporting to quicktime or wmf?

Version 2.0 Pro will support 24pA, version 1.5 has some problems with it. After Effect will support everything. DVRack will automatically remove the pulldown for you so it's ready to edit. Choose a frame rate depending on the "look" that you want. 60i is more documentary/reality show feel, 24p is more like film, 30p is somewhere in between. It's going to depend mainly on how good the encoder is.
