Indirectly it might get used in films. The imagery from a lot of other space programs does get re used in various ways for entertainment. In fact, you could say the entertainment industry is probably one of the biggest space profiting industries.

Why doesn't someone fly a space mission for cinematography purposes only? With the availability of micro sats and with Camerons new venture in space mining, surely it's got to be coming soon..
