24 Firefighter

A few weeks ago I was a firefighter in the show "24." It looks like the episode will be on this coming week. I've never seen the show before, I just recognized some things in the trailer I saw last night. I'm the one that thrusts a pick axe into Jack Bauer's eyeball.
 
SNAP!!! You're IN 24?!?!?! Will you be my best friend (only if you can get me on the set :grin: )

WAIT...What?! Did you say you thrust a pick-axe into JACK's eyeball????!!! that will never happen, Jack wouldn't let that happen . . . would he?
 
lol. Okay you got me, I didn't get to kill anybody, and you probably won't even see me. But it was fun and it paid my rent so I'd do it again anytime.

That's cool - how'd you hook up that gig?
 
I met a guy on the TTN set that supplies all the firefighters and emergency vehicles to all the movies and shows. Apparently they're often in need of some asian firefighters.

I guess its hard to find asian firefighters?

I literally laughed out loud reading that... haven't done that while sitting alone at the PC for quite some time :grin:

I wish I could be an extra on 24, pay or not...
 
Watching the filming was way cool. I was especially surprised at how lax their set was. We were able to walk around pretty much anywhere we wanted. I hung out right behind the director :) There was some really cool stuff that I'll talk a bit about after the episode airs. I doubt it matters, but you never know.
