Can somebody go through the steps on import settings and export settings for a Premiere Pro CS3 24f project.
I've tried a couple of different setups with a pretty junky result.
I shoot with the Canon XH A1
I want to get the best looking footage possible.
I can also use Sorenson Squeeze.
Any help would be Appreciated!!
