23.98 timeline

How do you know if you actually utilizing a 23.98 timeline? Is there a way to go into properties or something. Everything is fine with my timeline...I just wanted to know if it actually says 23.98 somewhere or 29.97 for regular editing.

Just go to Sequence>Settings, and in the popup box you'll see your sequence frame rate.
