23,976 and 24 audio issue

Hello there. I wonder if you can help me with a question that arised when planning a film project to be shot with dvx100a. It´s gonna be my first short made with this cam.

Since the 24p mode is actually 23,976, when I record audio either on camera on on a DAT, the audio will be in sync with image at this frame rate, right?

The question is: how is sync kept after the image is transferred to film, which is actually 24fps? I mean, what happens to this 0.1% speed difference?

thats not at problem - you finish yourr product with 23.97 , the final product you are maiking 0.1% faster for the 24 frame mix .
of corse you can record 47.952 kh and then transfer it to computer as 48.000 and adit true 24

And how can I speed up audio media for the final mix? At what stage should I do it? Should I do it with audio media files individually or with the whole premix?

Excuse my newbby question, but I haven't found much information about this specific topic over the internet. Also, if anyone knows of any online sources of such information, please let me know.

The telecine house or whoever is doing you film transfer will generally handle this. Call them and ask what you need to do to prepare the footage for transfer.

sorry - but thisd guy dont shoot film , there is no telesin in that prosses
the best way is to check with your post production facillitis what nethod the would like ,
of corse this is metter of your way of aditting prosses - do you edit 23,94 or maker it true 24 on nle

Telecine houses is a common reference for post production houses that do telecine, film transfer, or sometimes on-line finishing; all generally goes down same place...least in my neck of woods.

IF I WOULD LOOK FOR ARRIE LAZER TRANSFER ILL BE DEFENTLY NWONT DO IT IN US BECOUSE THE COST AND NOT IN BRAZIL BECOUSE THE QUALITY .
WHEN YOU FINISH YOUR PROGECT YOU HAVE TO COME TO TRANSFER WITH 24 FP SEC ( OR 25) MASTER WITH COMPLITE SOUND AND DEFENTLY IT HAS NOTHING WITH TELESINE HOUSE - ONLY WITH YOUR POST PRODUCTION AUDIO FASILITIES

Thank you again, guys, for adding to this post. I'll check with the audio post facility to see how they want it for the final mix. About Arri Laser transfer, is there a Post House you can suggest for this transfer job?
