Yeah I know i'm going past 2007 but there is quite a good bit of movies coming out in 2008. I know there is more but I got the main ones that people would look at more. I'm not going to see all of them but I will see a good bit of them...

Batman Begins Sequal
Sin City 3
James Bond 22
Halo Combat Evolved
Metal Gear Solid
Terminator 4
Alien vs. Predator 2
Indiana Jones Red Tails (the 4th one)
The Chronicals of Narnia Prince Caspian
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
Jurassic Park 4
Star Trek XI
Scary Movie 5
Madagascar 2
Toy Story 3
The Incredible Hulk
The Smurfs
 
they are making a sequel to Hulk unfortunatley. its direct to dvd though. Bana said he wouldnt do it. rumours are that brendan fraser may step into the role.



HAHAHHAAHAHA! sorry, had to laugh at the thought of brendan fraser as the Hulk.
 
Hulk was the worst film I have ever seen in cinema. (I didn't want to watch it, but my friends bought the dicket before I arrived)
 
yeah hulk did suck. And I bet jurassic park 4 will since its not by a book at not by spielburg just like the 3rd one bu who knows then I read about toy story 3 on comingsoon.net

Now that just pisses me off. You shouldn't be messing with Lee, Telly, Charles and the others. That is a good movie that has NO reason at all to be remade.

Bad enough that they would even think to remake the movie but you want to put that %^%#$^%^%($ in it. My dream is to catch sandler and knoxville in a dark alley, and stomp the crap out of both of them. (Granted some people like them but for the life of me I cannot figure out why).

Deathrace 3000 (2008) and Dragonriders of Pern (2008) might be something to look at.
 
Here's another challenge. Which of the listed movies will we actually see in 2008?


I think we'll actually see:

Batman Begins Sequel - i believe its next on Nolan's slate and they just announced Heath Ledger as Joker.

Sin City 3 - Because they can shoot these movies over like 2 weekends in Rodriguez's garage.

AvP2 - As shitty and terrible an idea as this is i believe they're already in pre-production on this with 2 brothers attached to direct.

Harry Potter - Just because they make so much money

Star Trek XI (its a prequel reimagining really) - Abrams is into this one pretty big and I heard its being put on the fast track.

Incredible Hulk - No Hulk is going to be a total remake. Avi Arad is producing it again but with a new director. There was a story about this on AICN or latino review a week or two ago.


Toy Story 3 - I dunno but god i hope so

Indy 4 - I'm not to sure if we'll see this in 2008 but i want it real bad and if we dont see it by 08 i dont think we're going to ever see it.

Narnia - They've settled on Caspian and someone somewhere whispered that a first draft of the script was done or going through a rewrite.


As for T4 and Halo and MGS.

I'd like to see all three but i just don't see them happening by 2008. Like last week or the week before i read the Halo script was thrown out the window and MGS has been rumored for a long time. Maybe if its made overseas we'll see it in 08 but i don't see any Hollywood Studios clamoring to get this into production. And T4? Not without AH-nuld. And he's kinda busy running the state of California right now.

But the beautiful thing about movies is that everything is subject to change and all of these guesses could be and probably are completely wrong.
What do you think?

Apparently Latino Review broke the story like last Thursday or something.

I'm not sure if it was confirmed by Nolan and Warner at Comic Con this weekend but all the movie sites like LR, RT, JoBlo, IGN, and AICN seem to be treating it as gospel truth.

There are also a ton of pics of Ledger around. Apparently he has a HUGE shi* eating joker grin i never saw before.
