2008 Motion Graphic Reel!!!

Not bad @ all but, don't know why, the music dosen't fit in my opinion with the pictures.

Btw, looks like that you like Andrew Cramer and also the Kasabian video - Shoot The Runner. ;)

I thought the song lined up very well with the reel, nice job, it's gotta nice gritty, grindhouse feel to it.

Thanks dudes! The music is by an Israeli band called IZABO. I dig their stuff...very FUN music...

yeah. good stuff. the bit where you took a bunch of stills and laid them out 3d with the shallow dof looked really nice.

Thanks...the photo thing was for artist Jon Mcloughlin but they didn't end up using that cut with the motion graphics. Was troubling at first since they supplied me with the letterbox version to work with...it got tricky...hah

How many time did you spend? And can you indicate some tutorials for job like this? It's very very good! I like when the singher's picture is animated. Can you explain a bit?

The Sleepless City one? It's being worked on now...very cool feel to it! Can't wait to show ya guys!

Where any of the buildings physical (drawn and scanned or built and filmed) or were they all done on the computer?

Buildings were hand-drawn and scanned in. I always like the more organic feel and textures, as apposed to vector images...Thanks for the feedback!
