200 watt color corrected bulb?

In, "Ten Minute Film School", Robert Rodriguez duscusses how he used 200 watt color corrected light bulbs in clamp-type painter's lights while filming, "El Mariachi". Where can I locate these bulbs?

they only last like 7 hours though

Really 7 hours? Their are nice fluorescent ones balanced for daylight on filmtools but they are about 30 bucks but they should last you longer then the incandescent.

Do they have the standard sized socket used in the painter's lights?

That was way back when. Now you can get daylight balance 200W fluorescents (will be over 50W on the package) that screw into a standard socket.
