20,000 Days on Earth

This played in Baltimore last night and I was able to go see it.

I am a Nick Cave fan, so I freaking loved it.

But I think it's broad enough to be accessible to non-fans or casual observers.

Really looked great to me and it left me wanting more.

I still don't even fully understand what I saw in terms of what to define the film as, but that didn't stop me from eating it up.

Anyone else seen this?

I'm assuming we have plenty of Nick Cave fans on the board?

Big Nick Cave fan here and big fan of unusual films and storytelling but haven't seen this movie yet. Waited for it for ages then missed it at the cinema because it was such a short run it was over before it started. Have to wait til December for the bluray now. Been a big fan of his work from the Birthday Party onwards especially the early Bad Seeds.

Yeah, it only played one night at my local theater. Glad I was able to catch it

I really enjoyed it and have found myself thinking about it a lot.

It was really cool and I'm still unsure how to describe it to people.

It really seemed to bend the line between narrative biopic and music doc in a cool way.

Gorgeous to look at and full of some really rcool insights.

I'd been a fan for awhile, but think I would've enjoyed this regardless.

It'll be worth the wait man!

I was annoyed that I couldn't get to the screening at the Barbican in London which included a live performance from Nick himself!! Work really gets in the way sometimes! Must get it on DVD/bluray when released.
