2 Quick HVX Questions

Hey there, long time reader first time poster, We have a few HVXs at our company that we are looking to repair, I was looking for the following info:

1 Can anyone recommend a solid spot to send three cameras back to for basic repair

2 Does anyone have an idea of cost to fix a "spidered" viewscreen on an HVX guessing we'll need to replace it

3 On one of our cameras it records no audio the mic looks like it is fine, all of the buttons seem to be set up identical to the other cameras but no audio is recorded, is it possible that something could have been bumped in settings to shut this off?

2) sounds like a replace
3) sounds like a repair. In HD recording settings, the HVX should record tracks 1 & 2 based on the switches behind the LCD (either internal 1 & 2 or XLR input 1 & 2). Tracks 3 & 4 are always set to record the internal mics 1 & 2. In SD recording settings, the switches will affect what gets recorded because there are only two tracks recorded, not 4.
