I'm making a short film, but the DV footage looks bland how do I spice it up a bit, I saw this http://www.videocopilot.net/fmpsamples.htm

Is it possible to do any of these yourself for free ? and can anyone tell me how to.

And my other questions is how do I export in widescreen, I record in widescreen stick it in pro at DV pal widscreen 16:9 and it is always full screen.

Please keep your answer simple and explain if not i'm not too good with it and trying to learn. Thanks :D

Well you can jazz up your footage for free by using Premiere's built in 3-way color corrector. You can increase/decrease the contrast, saturations, give it a color cast whatever you'd like. You should be able to recreate almost any of those looks using that tool for free. Play around with it and you'll see how powerful it is.

As for Widescreen, does it look correct while you edit? If you shot in widescreen and imported the footage, premiere should stretch it to widescreen appropriately while you edit. When you say Full Screen do you mean 4:3 full frame?
