Hi again guys 2 ques
1. how long is the tube that goes from sgpro box to camera
2. What is the size of the frame you need to focus on so as to not see edges of sgpro tube
thanks again
i am trying to work out if i will need a spacer for hv20 to not get any vignetting not sure as i know the tube was shortened with the rev3

Hi,

The tube is 90mm from the back of the SGpro box. The overal length from lens mount to the camcorders thread is the same as the Letus Extreme of Brevis with flip.

The SGpro relays full 36x24mm frame.

You will not need a spacer with the new tube design, as it can be extended to suit.

Wayne, curious, can you go any wider on the SGpro or is that it? "SLR" size, I mean?

Wayne,
I've been testing whether the Brevis flip works on the SGPro, but i only have a Rev2.
I've had good results with that and they link up pretty well if I unscrew the condensor tube and connect the 62mm male threads on the SG with the 62mm female threads on the Brevis Flip. I have had to screw around with some spacers to get beyond the 58mm tube that extends past the 62mm threads on the SGPro but it works and looks great.

I am just wondering if the connection issues will be the same on a Rev3?

I realize you are selling your own flip, but for those of us with both a Brevis and an SG it is great to have a flip that works with both.

Thanks for continuing to improve such a great product.
