anyone know the bitrate to compress to to get a 2 hour joint to fit on a 1 hour 4.9 DVD?

Set your average bitrate to 3.5 and max bitrate somewhere in 6 range. Go over 7 and you will go over on time. The pixelation isnt that bad, but thems the breaks on "4.7" DVD.(It's actually 4.3 gb of actual writable space).
