2 channles or 3 in a Q&A session

I'm going to do a Q&A interview on Thursday. I actually have a room with decent sound qualities for it and plenty of time to set up.

This is a first for me. I generally have 2 minutes to set up at most, and stick a Mic as close as possible before they start talking.

I'm going to have a Lav on her and an M3 for my questions. I won't be on camera.

I was wondering if it would be helpful to have a supercardiod in a third channel for her as well.
