Hi!
I have been hired to film a live debate event in London (4 people sat at a table, in front of an audience), and have quoted for myself and an additional camera person. I will be using a freelancer for this, and I will be using a Canon XL2. One camera will be taking the audio feed from a sound desk which will form the soundtrack.
My question is, how should I go about piecing the footage together? Obviously the 2nd camera will be used for close up's, pick up shots, and to prevent the audience getting too bored. Is there a technique I should be using to edit this as a "live event" when i get back to the edit suite? I currently edit usnig Sony Vegas 6.0 on PC.
Any help or advice would be very much appreciated. This is my first multi camera live event. Thanks!
