1TB HDD problem...help!

i recently installed an internal HDD on my quad core PC...i divided it into two partitions!But all of a sudden when i put my comp on i get this error msg bootmrg missing!

Windows is installed on a different HDD.

When i remove the 1TB the comp works fine.Oh n it worked well for like 3days,im finding this problem today
 
check in your bios settings. make boot priority on the partition you chose. perhaps u switched the partions to boot from. just swtich it back that should help.
