16x9 TFT Monitor Needed! Suggestions?

Hi,

I need a 6-7" TFT 16:9 portable monitor.

Any suggestions on what to use? My budget for this is around $600 USD and I can't afford to buy any Anton Bauer batteries and especially chargers. I need something that runs on it's own type of rechargable battery pack or regular batteries that can be constantly changed!

Let me know!

Thanks!

Norm

norm,
check out the 7" delvcam 4:3/16:9 monitor for $429 http://www.markertek.com/MTStore/product.CFM?BaseItem=DELV-PRO7XL

and the panasonic 7" 4:3/16:9 monitor for $519 http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=212775&is=REG

and purchase a piggy back camera mount for $85 http://www.markertek.com/MTStore/product.CFM?BaseItem=DELV-BPSY which you can attach panasonic batteries and you're good to go and w/in your budget.  hope this helps...

Oh, you can get one of those rechargeable 12 volt mega portable power packs from canadian tire for about 150 cdn. that would fit nice to your budget.

Hi folks,

Is it possible to get a TFT monitor which has a waveform function built in so you can switch between waveform display and video? I would kill to have a ~7" TFT monitor with scopes built-in for around £400 (UKP).

DVRack (aka OnLocation) is great for sit-down interviews but I'd love a portable, robust, cheap scope for use in run-and-gun situations.

Many thanks,
Jack
