16mm look

Any suggestions on what I can do to add a 16mm film look in Vegas to my short film.

Wash it out a bit. Lower saturation, lower chroma. Get a clip of a 16mm film that you hope to emulate and load it in to your NLE so that you can compare changes to your short, to the reference clip. If it's only going to be played on small screens, you might want to add a touch of grain, but no more.

Vegas has a film effects option, which can add grain, dust, hair, etc...
