16" of snow

For those that live in the nice warm weather;

Here I thought summer was on it way. The Alaska winter was finally over. The giant Mosquitoes were headed our way. We spent last Sunday washing our cars in the driveway, it was a nice and bug-less sunny day.

Friday we recevied 16" of snow - that is in one day! I guess some how I miss summer this year

Here is a photo taken out our front window and garage.

It's been crazy all over the globe. Yesterday St. Cloud, Mn got 12 inches of snow. A few days before that it was 70-80 degree weather.

During the day here it is pretty nice, but in the mornings it is still like 34 degrees (that's about 0 celcius). It's crazy! So much for "global warming"

I've never been in more than 1" of snow, and that stayed on the ground for about 4 hours.

...you have nice cars.

How heart-wrenching! I can absolutely relate...

We have just had the longest winter. We received the seconded largest annual amount of snowfall in New Hampshire of all time. And now we've had almost 2 weeks of spectacular, beautiful weather with temps well above average.

If it snows now (or should I say WHEN it snows next), I will be so depressed!!!

16"? Wow. That is a LOT of snow in one day.

It's a high of 17C today and sunny. And I live in the "great white north". Good luck having a summer.
