16:9 crop sides to 4:3, how?

I've got some 16:9 that needs to go into a 4:3 website window. I want to chop off the sides but I can't seem to find a setting in export to qt. that will get me there. Thanks for any help.

Lots of threads on 4:3 to 16:9 but couldn't find the reverse.
 
If you have FCS2, I'd use Compressor. The geometry pane gives you control over this, and does it on output, so your project in FCP is unchanged.
 
just import it into a 4:3 timeline.. then pull the wireframe out until the top and bottom hit.. good to go.
