15mm rod adjustable riser??

I have a shoot coming up in one week and I need to make my tilta equipment work with a RED. Production is pretty much done buying any more gear, so I'm trying to get my system to work with it. As of now, I can get everything set up nicely, but the RED's camera mount puts the lens about an inch and three quarters above my mattebox and follow focus.

I'm thinking I need something like THIS, but I can only find it in China and it won't ship in time for my shoot.

Any ideas on how to raise my rail system?
