Hey I've found a great place for 15mm Carbon Fiber rails and the quality and finish is exceptional.
http://www.cameratrend.com. They have 15mm rails of varying lengths especially with a polished 3K finish designed for camera rigs with 15mm clamps. Their rails are slightly undersized (14.96mm +/- 0.02mm) to be universal with all brands of rig components which are standardized to exactly 15mm requiring an undersized rail. Their a Canadian company who ship to both Canada and the US.
