The dept I work in at school (I'm a GA) wants to buy a new camera (they have 2 GL 1's that they aren't real pleased with) and they have about 1500 to spend. Manual features are a big deal for them. I'm thinking the gs400 is about the only thing in that price range with the features they want, but does anyone here know of any other options or have you used the gs400?
