150 hti

It's just a metal halide bulb so you would multiply it by four (roughly) for its equivalent output to a tungsten. The HTI series is more often found in projectors because of its size (smaller than normal). What you have is just a spotlight so a projector bulb would work well for it. Usually the CRI of HTI bulbs is low but there are some that are fine. Such a 150w bulb could be counted on to be about like a 600w fresnel just like our Cool Lights CDM 150 fresnel which uses a similar bulb.

Great, thanks Richard. I think they include an osram 150 hti (about 5000 kelvin), i don't know the cri of it. But I don't think I'll use it much in film setups, but I may sometimes (mainly acting as a gobo projector or serchlight...).
