15 second commercial to instagram

Hello DVXusers,
I've seen it done but cant figure it out for myself.. I've edited a small video for instagram and have seen other people upload fs700 footage to instagram, So my question is how do I do this as well? I've asked the people that I've seen do it and have not got a response.

Copy the video file to your phone or tablet, and then select the video in the Instagram app to post it.

If only it were that easy! I can't seem to get the video onto my camera reel to upload.

It is that easy. That is how these are done. You get the video file to your phone or tablet somehow and then select it in the app. To my knowledge, there is no other way to post a video (or photo for that matter) to Instagram or Vine.

What device are you trying to use, and what type of video file are you exporting?
