15 FPS .MOV Mac Webcam giving issues in Adobe Premiere 5.5

Hello all, I am putting together a compilation video of a bunch of various videos and everything is working fine except for ONE piece of footage that came from a Apple Mac Webcam (15fps, .mov, 640x480 video) - The project I am using in Premiere is a DVCPRO 720P 24 project. All of my other footage that is of different formats - AVI, MOV, MP4 and different frame rate work fine. Why would this happen and is their a fix to this? I have tried using different converters for the footage, and project settings. The footage also plays back perfectly in a media player such aas VLC or Windows Media.....thanks!

Yes, but VLC or WMP is not a NLE. So is makes no difference if they play well or not outside Premiere.
Drop the 15 frame footage in its own matching timeline and export to 24 frames, then import, see if that helps.
