12V DC power adapter?

I have the DVX 100A and use a Smith Victor camera light that is powered by a rather large 12v DC battery, connected via a standard "cigarette-lighter" plug.

Is there a power adapter for the CAMERA that will allow powering the camera from a 12V DC battery? Of course, i have the 120V AC adapter that serves two purposes--charging the batteries or powering the camera. What i'm trying to find is an adapter that plugs into a 12V cigarette lighter to power the camera. I want to be mobile, so using an inverter and plugging the 120V AC adapter into it is not an option.
 
I know you don't want a bulky inverter, but Radio Shack has a few self-contained units that work quite well, and they don't cost too much.
