1280 X 720 GH1 4-2-2 Footage into a timeline of 1920 X 1080

Is there a way to do this without major loss of detail? Matching the footage?

I want to shoot in the X 720 for the 4-2-2 for some screen studio work this weekend but the rest of the movie is in 1920 X 1080...

I have access to CS5 suite.

Oye that makes me cry. We are going to screen this on the big screen at a local theater in February of next year...something i've never done before so my worry is how it will affect that screening...
 
Its better to downrez then to uprez, especially for the big screen.
You will see the difference instantly.
Make a test and ask if you can view it in the theater, that way you will know for sure.
 
Thank you, I did intend to do that later in the year once we get through into post. Thanks for your comments and ideas. I appreciate them.
 
The other option is to shoot the green screen stuff also at 1080. Rent an AVC-I camera for that stuff. You'll get a 10 bit 4:2:2 Master Quality image.
