go kid go!

I'll reserve judgement-
The kid has acted in 1000 episodes of tv, so he is used to a set. But I am also tempted to hate him, but I won't, until I see his film.

Yeah, he's still 10 YEARS OLD!

I don't really think he's capable of adequately directing a film. How many of us can judge what is right or wrong, leave alone choosing the correct composition and lighting at an age of 10 years? We'll have to wait and see the film (which I doubt we will), but to me it sounds more among the lines of "Let's shoot this from a dutch angle 'cause it's cool".

In a way...I would be kinda jealous...dont get me wrong..i kno a lot of you probably would be...but...this kid was exposed to all those professional productions more times than any of us could ever even dream of. From looking at how they make films..THAT many times...i think a lot of us here would start getting more in depth with learning how to make movies.

But for a 10 year old..thats crazy...this kid should be like blowing up frogs or suttin with M80s at that age.....well i did that..haha

but now that i heard about this kid...now im really eager to see this film...but i also have a strong feeling that he worked with someone else while writing to make the script really polished up...the kids got a lot of sources to professional writers.

but I would rather make judgements AFTER i see the film...if anyone can find it when its finished...post it.

I want to buy the film just for the DVD commentary.

"And then I shot a dutch angle, and then we had a twenty minute icecream break. Later that night I watched dailies and my mother made me eat boiled cabbage."
