I'm using Premiere Pro 1.5.1 and Connect HD. (Aspect HD is too expensive right now.)
All of my 720 and 1080 clips are fine after conversion (and play fine in Windows Media player), but my 1080 clips are completely glitchy in Premiere Pro 1.5.1. They are full of random horizontal lines, seen here:

The really weird thing is, when I double click a clip in the bin to open it in the preview monitor, it plays fine! Only when I drag it into the timeline does it start wigging out.
Since I'm not using Aspect HD, I have to set up the project settings from scratch, but as far as I can tell, everything is correct.
Editing Mode: Video for Windows
Timebase: 23.976
1440x1080 16:9
HD Anamorphic 1080 (1.333)
No Fields (Progressive)
24fps Timecode
Capture Format: DV/IEEE1394 Capture (I guess this is irrelevant)
Compressor: CineForm HD Codec V2.7
(Both options are checked for "Use ITU.Bt.709(HD) colorspace")
High HD Encoding Quality
Automatic Video Format
