1080 pa footage incompatable with Apple Color? Help please!!!!

Heres my situation, please help!

I shot on 1080pa, log and transfered with fcp 6 and upon log and transfering hit the remove pulldown option as one is supposed to do.

I then edited on a 23.98 timeline, my project is progressive, but I know when I click on my master transcoded files, I see interlacing, but thats how it is, and it works, great.

Here is the issue.

I sent to Apple Color. Everything dandy, great tool, 23.98 Color Timeline, no interlacing issues, its perfect.

But, upon rending, I notice each clip is being rendered as interlaced, but this is how the master transcoded files are anyways, so fine.

But bringing those into fcp to my 23.98 timeline they are still interlaced. I did the send to fcp option out of color. Then I tried rerendering with the deinterlace at renderr option checkboxes within icolor, but they made no difference at all.

It appears like I have to remove the pulldown once again from these clips right? But FCP does not let me, I get an error, if that is even the solution which I doubt, but that fails anyways.

So now I have a big project, all graded, but cant bring it back into fcp, whats up with that?

Any help please!!!!!!!!!!

Can you send screenshots of your sequence settings in FCP and your project settings in Color? ShiftApple3.

That should've been a giant red flag to check your clip/sequence settings to see if the pulldown was actually removed... if it didn't get removed, it will most likely require a ton of work to fix.

Follow Noah's suggestion... if you show us screens of your settings in both FCP and Color, then we can probably figure out where it went wrong.
