Hey, i had a question about editting in realtime when mixing these two resolutions
Im capturing HDV footage (1080p30 from an hv30) I want to edit this in a 720p timeline in realtime, is this possible?
I noticed if the clip settings match the sequence settings i can scrub and everythin in realtime no problem. but if i change the sequence to a 720p sequence it requires me to render the footage to scrub through it realtime. Anyway around this?
I have 1080 HDV footage and 720p clips i want to edit together in the same timeline but it gets annoying if i cant do this in realtime.

btw, im editting on macbook pro, 2.5ghz core 2 duo, 2gb ram, on FCP 6
