1080 50p live - need help. in PP5.5 no sound ?? (AF100)

Hello

I filmed 1 short clip 1080 50p live with sound (not a slow motion)....... but when i put it in Premier pro 5.5 - i get no sound!?!? i dont even get the separate sound road on time line - like if it was filmed with out sound at all! what i do wrong?

i also have Corel Video Studio pro X4 - i get sound there - no problem..... but for some reasons i i dont get sound in PP5.5!!?!?

wm player cant play sound of that file, as well VLC player...

Plz! need some help!

Camcorder Panasonic ag-af101 , avchd h.264 sound is lpcm. 1080 50p live

i am on Win 7 64bit , i have quicktime pro and divx pro installed

Guys plz anyone who filmed 1080 50/60p live with sound plz share your experience

cant understand why i dont get sound in Premier..... but if file is played inside the camcorder - there is sound!

btw if put 1080 25p clip on time line - i get 2 separate roads : 1 for video and 1 for sound, but if i put 1080 50p on time line i get no sound.....
