$100-200 fluid head for HPX170?

I've just ordered a indiSlider Pro with a 100mm bowl and looking to get a (cheap-ish) fluid to go with it.
I'd never really had the need for a very smooth tripod head as I'd mostly stick with handheld work and get by on my little Velbon C-600 tripod (which unfortunately doesn't have a removable head)

So would anybody have any recommendations? So far I found the Manfrotto 701hdv and Manfrotto 501 heads (very mixed reviews about them though). I suppose I would be really using this head just with the indiSlider so maybe even a basic head will do?

p.s. how would you know if the fluid head is 100mm or 75mm bowl?

You'll never be able to pan and slide at the same time on a slider, so the head itself doesn't matter. Get the cheapest one that will support the camera weight. Also a head might have a built in 75/100 mm bowl (in which case it will be indicated) or like the Manfrotto head will require an appropriate adapter.
