Thanks folks.
The makeup artist is Sara Eudy and her partner Julia. Sara's MM# is 241862 ( http://modelmayhem.com/member.php?id=241862 ) They did both the makup and the hair.
We're building a web site for Sara. The reason for the shoot was to showcase her makeup abilities. The parameters were simple - we had to make it look like a large body of work that was not shot in one day.
We started at 10am and wrapped up at 9pm. Everyone pitched in to help pose and style the shots.
All images taken in the same studio setup - Speedotron 2403 pack + 3 heads. Lights moved around and modifiers changed as needed.
