10,000 Bc

I thought the film was decent but it had a few things I wasn't thrilled about. I didn't particulerly like the creation of a civilization pre-dating any known real civilization. It might as well be set in 8,000 BC (sumarian times) but then they wouldn't have been able to have mommoths or saber tooth cats in the film. Also there were a few scenes that looked like they were underexposed when shot and brightened in post which added a lot of noise/grain. One scene in particular, this occured on one of the angles so the movie was cut back and forth between a clean image and a noisy one.

I honestly thought the film was pure junk. It was interesting to twist these 2 settings and these different types of people around.... but in the end, the movie fell flat. Action was terrible, acting was wooden and fake, and the plot was just junk.

Ditto....

i haven't seen it, but from the looks of it, seems as though the film is trying to replicate the experience that 300 delivered ( visually )
