1 year contract, what would you ask for?

so, i have the opportunity to sign a 1 year contract to storyboard, shoot and edit roughly 2 1/2 hours worth of training videos for a large buisness. ive never done a paid job of this scale, im confident i can produce what theyre asking for but this very much new territory for me. realistically, what would you ask to be paid? what kind of questions would you ask when you go in to meet with them? i appreciate any advice.

You should ask what you think you're worth. Maybe a little bit more, since they're likely to try to bargain you down.

I would either sign a contract stipulating a day rate plus OT for anything over 8 or 10 hours, or an hourly plus an OT rate.

thanks. yes, it makes sense to go that route. i have been gameplanning for when i speak to the man in charge on monday.
