I am a full time videographer and I work on small freelance projects on the side. I like to do simple 3 point lighting, slider, be-roll and 1-2 camera shoots, nothing crazy.
So im trying to get ideas on how to find more work from small businesses. Is it good to send emails to small companies (dentists, insurance companies etc...)? Would I be better off making professional flyers and dropping them off at every small business I pass? Maybe throw in we have 3 packages to promote small businesses, 1 promo video for ___ price. 1 promo + 3 testimonials/patient stories for ___ price.
Other ideas? How else do you guys get small freelance jobs that don't require an entire production crew?
