I contacted ILM last year about a possible 'tour around' when I went up to SF with my familia and was told about this by a P.R. Isn't this near the Presidio? Or is it downtown?
They also mentioned that this new place would accomodate tours. (This is the point of my reply)

I heard about this last year.
The Wayan's brothers are also opening a studio here in the bay as well.

That would be cool, they could have a Star Wars museum or something for normal people and a studio/tech tour for us geeks

The New facility is inside the Presido where the old letterman complex used to be.
So hella cool that Lucas is moving all his shops into one location, and in MY city!
Yay!

Yeah, after George and I fell out over casting Hayden Christensen I've had to change my cell number twice to avoid his calls
Once he started talking about doing a "Star Wars III.I: Meet the Jawas" I left the project
