I've imported the same footage from a P2 card into FCP 5.0 (my version) and a friend's version (FCP 6.0) and in 6.0 it imports not needing rendering. In my version it always needs rendering. Is this a new feature of FCP 6.0? If so, it's amazing, obviously saves a lot of time.

I imported a 10 second title from Ae into FCP studio to end a piece I'm working on. When I go to export it into Quicktime, the outlined type inte logo looks great but the type that's animates in AE looks jagged or blurry. This happens in several setings from animation to sorenson3. Why is this?
