Will a Century Optics Ultra Fisheye .3x for Sony HDR-FX1 fit on a dvx100b? they both have a 72mm filter thread size. and both lenses are bayomount Thank you

hey stole this topic for myself. i just got a dvx and need a tripod to film. i film a lot of skating and snowboarding, so something durable. I have no more than 200 dollars. i was looking at the davis & Sanford f18 (i think from bh for 200). So anyone have suggestions? Thanks
