I've got an XLR wired Countryman B3 lavalier and a Tascam DR-100. Will I fry the mic if I plug the B3 directly into the DR-100 via XLR? What is the proper way to connect and operate this mic with my recorder? Searched extensively and couldn't find an affirmative answer to my question. Thanks
