For some reason when I try to insert tally cuts into the project, it is not in real time. When I press the Cut button, the timeline stops. Any reason why this is happening? On the tutorial, it is in real time and does not stop. Thanks..

Evertime I try to render my file in Vegas using the quicktime codec, the audio sounds terrible and the video looks bad. I am using the standard quicktime presets for sorenson 3 and also mp4. Does anybody have a suggestion?
