    framerate & pull down

    Hi, I need help with this. I need to know if the frame quantity in a 24fps footage has a variation when i convert it to 23.97fps? I mean in a 24fps footage, a minute is conformed by 1440 frames, if I convert that footage to 23.97fps, shoul i get more/less frames? Thnx 4 ur help!

    Pull Up and Pull down in AfterFX?

    Hi, Im trying to convert a 24 fps footage into 30fps rate, and it would be good to know how to do the oppsite action too. Any help will be appreciated
