Hi, I got an x-rite i1 display pro, brand new from B&H. The software simply refuses to open. An hour with tech support and 20 un/reinstalls and restarts have gotten me nothing. Does anyone here have any ideas? Some details: I'm running windows 7 I see i1profiler running in task manager...
