Recent content by old boot

I shot a 36 min clip at 24pn and halfway in, the footage speeds up, it looks very much like there was a shift in the frame rate to between 5 to 12 fps. the camera did not cut and after about 3 mins, the frame rate jumped back to 23.98. has anyone had this problem and found a solution?
