I removed the ND filter, cleaned the front lens as best I can and still have spots. Here is a short video clip showing them. http://youtu.be/UlyXD_Wo1Hs They become visible when I turn towards light. I switched on/off all 3 ND filter settings, still spots. So the problem is inside the camera...
