I shot slow motion with a setting I have that is 720p/60 and the frame rate or vid rate is 23.98. Did I not shoot 60p? How can I change the vid rate or frame rate to show 59.94? Is it the way I shot it or can I change it to have the 60 progressive fps? dvcpro hd frame rate converter says it...

I am trying to shoot a slow motion video and follow a tutorial for super slow motion. I shot at 720p/60 and the clip is playing back at 23.98. Can I somehow put it in to fcp at 59.94 and have 60fps progressive? I need that information to then make it slower. I shot it at a fast shutter speed...
