Hi there, is there any difference between AG-LA7200G and AG-LA7200? If there is a difference what means the letter "G" at the end

I bought AG-LA 7200 second hand from ebay.com for my camera 100B. When i use the zoom of my camera from Z60 to Z99 the object is not focused in hand mode and auto mode. Can someone tell me is this is normal or the problem is in the AG-LA 7200. Thank you.
